Liza has a passion for Health & Fitness. She knows first hand how hard it is trying to balance a busy work schedule, social life, along with trying to reach your fitness goals.
When you have a busy life, it’s hard to find the time to research the right way to do things without using a “quick fix” that’s unsustainable! She believes that every person deserves a sustainable plan that works specifically for them, and that’s when she created Consistency Club!
She’s certified through the American Council on Exercise, has an Associates degree in Applied Science, RDH, and Certified through ACE for personal training.
